Selling price

Listed on each product page in the selected currency. Depending on your destination and checkout location, prices may include applicable local sales taxes or VAT.

Additional fees

  • Shipping costs: calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination.
  • Customs duties & import taxes: for international shipments crossing customs borders, customs duties, clearance fees, or import VAT may be levied upon delivery by the destination country's authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Internet connection fees: customers are responsible for their own internet access and communication fees.

  • Shipping time: International, 5–20 business days after shipment.

Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or customs procedures.

[04] Returns & Exchanges

Because our garments are printed on demand, standard orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to customer personal preference (e.g., wrong size selected, change of mind) once production has begun, except where mandatory statutory rights apply (such as the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom).

For all destinations, we will readily provide a replacement or full refund if:

  • the item has manufacturing or printing defects;
  • the wrong item was delivered;
  • the item arrived damaged in transit.

Return & Withdrawal Deadlines

Please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. For verified defective or incorrect items, we cover all associated return and replacement shipping costs.
