[ 02. PRICE & PAYMENT ]

Selling Price

Listed on each product page. (Prices include Japanese Consumption Tax for domestic orders. For international orders, taxes are handled as import duties at the destination.)

Additional Fees

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping address.
  • Customs Duties: For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer. (No customs duties apply to shipments within Japan.)
  • Internet Connection Fees: Customers are responsible for their own internet connection and data charges.

All products are Made-to-Order.

  • Production Time: 2–7 business days.
  • Shipping Time:
    • International: 5–20 business days after shipment.

(Note: Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or customs procedures.)

[ 04. RETURNS & EXCHANGES ]

Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size, change of mind).

However, we will provide a refund or exchange if:

  • The item is defective (e.g., printing errors).
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The item was damaged during shipping.

Return Deadline

Please contact us via email within 30 days of receiving the product. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.
