[ 01. RETURNS & EXCHANGES ]

We strive to deliver products that satisfy our customers. However, we accept returns or exchanges only if the delivered product has the following issues. Please contact us at info@boutiquedoe.com within 30 days of receiving your item before sending anything back.

Eligible Cases for Returns/Exchanges:

  • The item is clearly defective (e.g., significant printing errors, major sewing flaws).
  • The item was damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect size, color, or design compared to your order).

To help us resolve the issue smoothly, please include photos of the problem area when you contact us. After verifying the situation, we will guide you through the return or exchange process. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective items or errors on our part.

Cases Not Eligible for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Returns or exchanges requested due to customer's personal preference (e.g., incorrect size chosen, doesn't match expectations, ordered by mistake). Since our products are made-to-order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for these reasons. Please check the size guides on each product page carefully before ordering.
  • Requests made more than 30 days after receiving the item.
  • Items sent back to us without prior contact and approval.
  • Items that have been used or washed.
  • Items damaged or soiled by the customer.
  • Minor variations in print placement or natural shrinkage of 3-5% (as stated in our Size Guide) are not considered defects.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items.

Return Procedure:

  1. Within 30 days of receiving your item, contact us at info@boutiquedoe.com with your order number, name, and the reason for the return/exchange (include photos of the issue if possible).
  2. We will review your request and inform you whether the return/exchange is approved and provide further instructions.
  3. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the designated return address and shipping method. (Note: Please do not send items back without our instructions. Returns sent to the manufacturer without authorization may not be processed.)
  4. Ship the item back according to the provided instructions.

[ 02. REFUNDS ]

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (or verify the defect via photos), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@boutiquedoe.com.

[ 03. EXCHANGES ]

If you require an exchange due to a defective item or incorrect shipment, please contact us following the return procedure above. We will check inventory and ship the replacement item as quickly as possible.

We do not accept exchanges for reasons of customer preference (e.g., size changes).

[ IMPORTANT ] FOR PATRONS IN THE EU

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
  2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Therefore, BOUTIQUE DOE reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion. Since all our products are printed on demand (custom-made) specifically for you, the standard 14-day cooling-off period for EU consumers does not apply to our products, except in cases of defect or damage.
