This Shipping Policy describes the terms related to the shipment of products ordered from BOUTIQUE DOE ("we", "us", or "our"). Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
[ 01. TOTAL DELIVERY TIME ]
Since every item is Made-to-Order, the total time to receive your order is calculated as follows:
[ Production Time ] + [ Shipping Time ] = Estimated Delivery Date
- Production Time: 2–7 business days (to print and inspect your item).

[ 02. SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED TIME ]
We partner with global fulfillment centers to ship your order from the facility closest to you. Below are the estimated shipping times after the product leaves our factory. We have added a safety margin to these estimates to account for potential delays.
- USA / North America: 6 – 12 business days
- Europe (UK, France, Germany, etc.): 5 – 10 business days
- Australia / NZ: 7 – 15 business days
- Rest of World: 10 – 20 business days
*Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or local carrier operations. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
[ 03. PACKAGING PHILOSOPHY: RAW & MINIMAL ]
We do not sell boxes. We sell art.
To reduce waste and focus purely on the garment, your item will arrive in minimalist, raw packaging. No fancy boxes, no plastic fillers. Just the art, delivered directly from the atelier to your hands.
Judge the content, not the cover.
[ 04. SHIPPING COSTS ]
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.
[ 05. ORDER TRACKING ]
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Tracking Number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
Note on International Transit:
For international orders, there may be a "silence" in tracking updates for 5–10 business days while the package is in customs or crossing the ocean. This is normal. Your piece is still in transit within the silent void.
[ 06. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES ]
While we strive to ship from local hubs (e.g., US orders from the US, EU orders from the EU) to minimize fees, some international shipments may incur customs duties, import taxes, or VAT.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices. We cannot predict or control these fees.
[ 07. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES ]
We are committed to ensuring your art piece arrives safely.
In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:
- Damaged items: Please contact us immediately with clear photos.
- Lost packages: If the tracking has not moved for an extended period, please contact us.
